After losing their opening league game 0-4 at Minehead on the Saturday, United started their home campaign in fine style in the Bank Holiday sunshine.
Vince Melisi gave the Ducks a 1-0 interval lead, and after the Kent side had levelled matters Melisi hit two more to become the first Aylesbury player to score two Southern League hat-tricks.
Folkestone pulled a goal back but United were well worth their win.
