Robbie Cooke gave Grantham the lead on 34 minutes but the Ducks stunned their hosts just before the break by first equalising through Vince Melisi on 42 minutes, then taking the lead just two minutes later through Dave O'Reilly.
However, a 75th minute own goal by Colin Darvell gave Grantham a share of the spoils and a replay back at Turnfurlong Lane.
