Roni Joe bagged an eight-minute hat-trick, scoring in the 22nd, 24th and 30th minutes before Jefferson Louis added a fourth before the interval to all but secure the points and a move upwards from the midway point in the Ryman League First Division.
Yeading started the second period brightly, as United relaxed, and pulled a goal back through ex-Duck Jason Tucker. Tucker then shot wide as the United defence stood and watched.
Peter Clifford nodded home a Kieran Gallagher free kick after Yeading were reduced to ten men, as Steve Ashley received his second yellow card of the evening.
The match degenerated as a contest into United versus the impressive Jim Bannatyne in the visiting goal, who was left exposed time and again as United poured forward. A string of fine saves and wasteful finishes, particularly from Louis, saw United unable to add to the five already scored.
Joe was crudely hacked down inside the box, but the referee waved away the home protests, obviously feeling that Yeading had taken enough punishment for one evening.
