The scoring was opened in the 14th minute when Enzo Silvestri's through ball was touched on by Steve Clark to Chris Bangura who coolly rounded the keeper and scored from an acute angle.
Two minutes later, Scott Honeyball found Silvestri on the edge of the box and he put it beyond the reach of the keeper into the bottom corner for Aylesbury's second. A third followed just another two minutes after that when Clark headed home a Stuart Maynard corner.
The Ducks got their fourth after twenty five minutes when Bangura played a through ball to Silvestri who from a similar position to his first, this time put it in the other corner of the net.
Brentwood got one back in the 27th minute when a poor backpass let in Neil Cousins to chip over Adam Wheeler, but Aylesbury were back on track within a minute when Steve Clark finished off Dwain Clarke's cross for number five.
Clark then completed his hat-trick on 35 minutes, converting Ollie Stanbridge's deep hanging cross, before further adding to the rout with a looping header to make it 7-1 on the stroke of half time.
United continued in the same vein in the second half, with Clark getting his fifth and Aylesbury's eighth by heading home a corner just after the hour mark. He was then substituted for Dwight Marshall to a rapturous reception from the crowd.
Number nine came eleven minutes from time when Greg Williams headed home a near post corner, but despite a number of chances, Aylesbury were made to wait for the score to hit double figures. It finally came with almost the very last kick of the game when Dain Clarke put Marshall clean through on goal and he virtually walked it round the keeper for the magic ten.
