United were 2-0 up within 13 minutes as first Peter Clifford smashed home a Frank McCormack corner before a Dwight Marshall cross was sliced into his own net by Ford's Jason Gerraghty.
Four minutes before half time Ford were back in the game when Danny Benstock pulled a goal back on the counter attack before adding a second from close range a few minutes later to send the teams into the break level.
On 52 minutes Ford took the lead when Leli Bejedi slotted the ball under Adam Wheeler in the Aylesbury goal. Shortly thereafter Paul Salmon's header went close for the visitors.
Chris Bangura pulled the Ducks level with a header on 64 minutes before Ford stole all three points when handball was harshly awarded against Scott Honeyball in the Aylesbury area and Billy Read scored from the resulting penalty.
