Aylesbury took control of the game early on as Chris Bangura gave them the lead on 7 minutes. Roni Joe's cross cum shot was blocked by Yeading keeper Chang but Bangura was on hand to score his 7th goal in as many games.
A minuter later it was two as Enzo Silvestri scored with a low drive to the keeper's left which he really should have done better with.
Adam Wheeler tipped away an Errol Telemaque effort before Yeading's Matt Miller had a goal disallowed on 37 minutes when he was adjudged to be offside.
The second half of the game was a scrappy affair as the Referee's pencil began to work overtime. Telemaque had another effort blocked by Wheeler before Yeading's consolation came with four minutes remaining. Telemaque was involved again as his header found its way to Miller who bundled home his 26th goal of the season.
Wheeler was to deny Telemaque once again before the final whistle blew - much to the relief of both the Aylesbury players and supporters.
