The Ducks signalled their intent to attack in the opening minutes when Steph Dean thrashed a shot wide and then went ahead on five minutes when debutante Sue Wynes popped up at the far post to turn in Suzie Cole's cross.
Lucy Ilic and Kay Norton both had chances to increase the lead before the visitors had their first attempt on seventeen minutes.
Chances continued as Beth Harris set up Kay Norton but the Marlborough keeper saved well and Suzie Cole fired just wide before Aylesbury finally scored a deserved second. Sue Wynes picked up the ball on the left wing before rounding two defenders and unleashing an unstoppable effort into the far corner of the net.
The Wiltshire side were then handed a lifeline when Laura Warmbier turned the ball into her own net, but the Ducks bounced straight back when Wynes completed her hat-trick with a curling shot from an angle.
The frantic action continued as a defensive lapse allowed the visitors to peg a goal back four minutes from the break, but even then Aylesbury could have regained a two goal cushion as Norton and Gemma Butterfield were thwarted in their efforts.
United's dominance was not at all reflected in the score line at this stage and moments after the restart things got worse when once again a slip at the back allowed Marlborough in and things were all square. As the visitors continued to press forward the Ducks were given a little more space to play their football and Beth Harris' delightful ball found Wynes in space and the former Stockport and Macclesfield striker made no mistake, putting her side back into the lead.
Aylesbury were then dealt a blow when keeper Harriet Parkin was forced to leave the field with a knee injury. Having no substitute keeper, striker Twinkle Dean took over between the posts and this seemed to spur the Ducks forward.
Captain Sarah Gerrard had a header well saved before United once again put two goals between them and the opposition when sixteen year old sub Trina Freeman poked the ball home on her first team debut.
A minute later winger Suzie Cole slid home United's sixth but not to be outdone Marlborough added a fourth following a goalmouth scramble.
The last fifteen minutes saw not only a flurry of substitutions but also three more Aylesbury goals. Trina Freeman almost added one with a bustling run and shot only to see her effort cannon back off the upright and then Kay Norton added her name to the scoresheet, her first competitive goal for the club.
Sue Wynes completed her afternoon's work with her fifth and the Ducks' eighth ten minutes from time and sub Tash Good then rounded off the scoring five minutes later when played clear by Gerrard.
This was a good team performance to secure the points and with further improvements to come, hopefully the first step in a successful season for United's Ladies.
