The match followed a similar pattern to the 11-0 drubbing handed out seven days before with the Ducks leading through a Sarah Cole strike at the break.
The diminutive winger was played into space by Gemma Franklin, took the ball around the keeper and slid the ball into the net ten minutes before the interval.
The lead was doubled immediately after the restart when substitute Twinkle Dean's free kick was initially saved by the keeper but the ball flew into the air and, spinning wickedly, evaded her clutches at the second time of asking and dropped over the goal line.
Suzie Cole then had the first of a couple of efforts well saved and Lucy Ilic shot wide before United added a third ten minutes into the half.
A lofted ball from full back Sarah Flight helped Hannah Franklin beat the offside trap and the agile striker made no mistake from the edge of the area.
Three minutes later Franklin added another following an excellent through ball from Leanne Walker and at 4-0 the game entered a quieter period.
The home side finally got themselves onto the scoresheet when Stephanie Fettes' free kick evaded the unlucky Mel Gilbert in the United goal but Aylesbury rallied with two further goals in the final ten minutes.
Substitute Beth Harris had two half chances before Sarah Cole grabbed her second following a goalmouth scramble.
Hannah Franklin was denied a second successive hat-trick as she appeared to be pulled down in the box but the referee adjudged the offence to have taken place outside the area.
It may as well have been a penalty however as Twinkle Dean smacked an unstoppable free kick beyond the keeper to complete the scoring.
The victory moves United up to fourth in the table with just two games remaining.
