The visitors dominated the early part of the game but it was United that broke the deadlock with their first attack. New signing Tine Jensen took the ball round two defenders before firing past the Banbury keeper.
The lead was doubled eight minutes later when Sarah Gerrard played a through ball to Sue Wynes who made no mistake from a tight angle.
Banbury then lost their keeper for a spell after a clash with Aylesbury?s Leigh Reed, both players committing fully to a challenge with the visitor clearly coming off the worst.
The Ducks then added two more quality goals before the break. Tine Jensen?s pass found Susie Cole and the diminutive winger made no mistake before the goal of the game right on half time.
Beth Harris picked out Tine Jensen and the Dane thrashed an unstoppable effort into the top corner.
After the break, with the Oxfordshire side back at full strength, Aylesbury continued to press with Gemma Franklin and Sarah Gerrard going close and Sue Wynes having a shot pushed onto the post.
But twenty minutes into the half Banbury hit back with a fierce shot which gave Mel Gilbert no chance.
This signalled something of a revival from the visitors with United needing to rely heavily on the experience of Lucy Ilic and Leanne Walker in the centre of their defence to keep them out.
Aylesbury weathered the storm though and late on good work from debutante Lianne Turner almost created a fifth as substitute Kay Norton went close.
A deserved three points this for United which will give the Ducks confidence for the remainder of the campaign.
