Hard working midfielder who has had four spells with Aylesbury, having first signed for the Ducks in 2001 from Thame United when he went on to become an integral part of Cliff Hercules' promotion winning side of that season.

Was released the following summer when Steve Cordery became manager and after time with Thame United and Dunstable Town he moved to Leighton for two seasons, before returning to the Ducks in July 2006.

Over the last few seasons he has alternated his affiliations between Aylesbury and Leighton Town, most recently returning to the Southern League outfit in November 2011.
