Strong in the air and the tackle, Mason originally signed from Barwell as a no-nonsense centre half who formed an excellent, youthful partnership with Alex Gudger.
Rowley was an ever-present for Barwell in the 2011/12 after joining the Leicestershire-based club from Notts County where he was a youth player.
The 21-year-old centre back made his debut for Valley in a 1-0 win against Barton Rovers.
After a spell as captain in 2013, Mason left the club in February 2014 to join Stratford Town but returned again in July 2014.
