A big-time player on the non-league scene for over a decade, Steve Clark was the scorer of over 300 goals for St. Albans, in less than 500 games, an incredible record.

Despite being a well matured veteran, the gamble paid off as he returned a 21 goal haul, including a 5-goal rout against Brentwood in the FA Cup.

Immensely popular, he achieved the target of promotion, and hung up his boots for the final time of a distinguished career.
