An extended playing career at Egham Town, Hates, Windsor & Eton, Maidenhead United, and Yeading (FA Vase winners) led to management with Yeading and then Hampton, where he worked with a shoestring budget to battle relegation. Then went on to Aylesbury United in Summer 2002, where he helped the newly promoted Premier Division club to reach the FA Trophy semi-finals. Joined Staines Town in May 2003, and completely revitalised the playing squad in the following weeks. Won the division?s Manager Of The Month award for January 2004 and has more recently led the Club to a best ever FA Cup (2nd round proper) appearance and also record-breaking back-to-back Ryman League Premier Division runners-up spots, most recently guiding the Club into the Blue Square (Conference) South for season 2009/10.
